Asian style Brussels Sprouts
adapted from a vegan cookbook


Heat EVO, garlic, some shallot.

Saute together quartered brussel sprouts, grainy mustard, maple syrup, S&P. Don’t go too heavy on the syrup.

Add a little soy at the end (sprinkle it on).

Top with toasted pecan pieces.

Served with salmon with cucumber sauce-- good combo of Asian flavors.
